At Tater-Tot Prints our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Our returns process is easy.
If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days, up to 45, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned or exchanged items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund.

Just follow these easy steps for returning or exchanging your merchandise:

Contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here. Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 8 am- 5 pm PST. They will issue you a return number (RA#) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, if possible, with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. Basically, all returns and exchanges just need to be in re-sellable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note, we cannot accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

We can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.
